Privacy
Your photo
The free analysis runs entirely inside your browser. Once the model file downloads to your device, landmark detection and every proportion are computed locally. Our server never receives your photo and there is no upload code anywhere in the page. You can confirm this in the network panel of your browser devtools.
What we do receive
- Anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation: which page, whether an analysis completed, and whether the report button was clicked.
- Any email address you choose to leave, used only to tell you when the full report launches. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- When you click for the full report, a summary of your analysis (score, face shape, individual measures). No image is included.
The paid report
The written report is generated from the summary above only. It never includes your photo.
AI hairstyle renders (paid report and hairstyle simulator)
This is the only feature on the site that uploads a photo, and it only does so after you tick the consent box and press generate. What is uploaded is a face crop made in your browser, not the original photo; the reference is deleted as soon as generation finishes. The rendered images are kept for 30 days, visible only to whoever holds that link (your order page or free preview), and then deleted automatically.
Free previews on the hairstyle simulator are limited per person per day. We count them with a hash of the date plus your IP address; the raw IP is never stored and the counter expires after 48 hours. The face crop is kept in this browser tab (sessionStorage) so you do not have to pick the photo again after paying; it disappears when you close the tab.
Payment and billing information
Payments are processed by Waffo.com Limited, acting as the merchant of record. Your card or wallet details are entered on Waffo's hosted checkout page and never reach our servers. From Waffo we receive only the order ID, the email address you gave at checkout, the amount and currency, and the payment status, which we use to unlock your report, send the receipt and handle refunds. Waffo's own handling of your payment data is governed by its privacy policy. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and refund obligations, typically seven years, and do not share them with anyone else.
Your rights
Purpose of collection: delivering analysis results and the paid report, and contacting you about them. Categories: email address and analysis summary. Retention: until you ask us to delete it. You may write to us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data.
Minors
This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. Please do not upload photos of minors.
